  We had a nice time. The atmosphere was great, excellent vibe. With the birthday package I purchased, it said there would be a host assigned to us. That, did not happen! I was introduced to "our hostess" but she wasn't around or attentive. Various staff members assisted with our drinks and food. I feel that you are given a lot to drink and tokens with the package. The pizza is NASTY!! The decorations and papers supplies were very nice. If, they would allow you to bring in your own food, I'd purchase another birthday package. They do allow you to bring in your cake and extra decorations. My children really enjoyed themselves.
